No. Each person or couple gets their own private house. Total privacy.
What is the minimum duration?
One month. We recommend at least 2-3 months to settle in and get the most out of the experience.
Is the coworking included?
Yes. Coliving includes a coworking access plan (Flex or Resident depending on your needs).
Do I need a car?
Recommended for getting around the area, although Noia has basic services within walking distance and there is public transport to Santiago.
Can I come with my partner?
Yes, of course. The houses are for you and whoever comes with you.
